Janou's modernist approach originated from her Dutch Design background and has earned her a reputation for having “the eye” in the Creative Search Industry. Since 1985, when she opened her first Creative Search firm, she has been known to uphold the highest business standards resulting in long-lasting client and candidate relationships.
What sets Janou apart is that she is innately intuitive. Over the past 30+ years of evaluating and guiding unique talent through experience, creativity and intelligence, she has been able to hone her craft. This unique sense of intuition has been a major contributor to her continuing success.
Between 1995-2004, Janou founded search offices in Amsterdam, Geneva, Paris, Milan, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
